Where are you based?

Glossy Zodiac is based in Germany and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Does your jewelry tarnish or turn green?

Our jewelry does not tarnish or turn your skin green. Most of our pieces are made from 316L stainless steel and have a thick 14k or 18k real gold plating. Stainless steel is a very durable and sturdy material. With proper care it can last you years. It is also waterproof which means you can go swimming, showering etc. with it. However, we recommend taking your jewelry off before showering etc. to prolong the life of your pieces.

Our brass and copper pieces are also tarnish resistant and will not turn you green. Jewelry made from brass and copper should not get in contact with water and chemicals such as perfume, lotions etc. as this can lead to tarnishing.

Where do you ship?

We offer international shipping. (European Union, Germany and USA)

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

What if my package is lost?

Glossy Zodiac is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if my jewelry breaks?

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece or damaged during shipment, please email us info@glossy-zodiac.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will refund you. However, after 14 days we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges and returns for US orders.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@glossy-zodiac.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will refund you. After 14 days we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.

If you’re from the EU, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving. Returns have to be shipped back to our office within 14 days after the package arrived. Glossy Zodiac does not cover the shipping costs for returns.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, we can not cancel or change orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders right away as soon as they are placed and confirmed. Please make sure you are certain before making an order and double check your order.

How long before my order is shipped?

Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be shipped.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

All orders are shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL (with a tracking number).

We offer FREE shipping in Germany. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping within the European Union is 7€. Please allow 4 - 9 business days.

Shipping to the US costs 10€. Please allow 8 - 30 business days for delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Will I be charged customs on international orders?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.

International orders are subject to customs, duties and/or taxes determined by the country destined for delivery. Glossy Zodiac is not responsible for customs, duties and/or taxes. If you refuse your order by not paying the customs fees, your order will not be refunded and the parcel will be returned to us.
